Sony has announced the smallest model in its Alpha range of full-frame mirrorless cameras--A7C. The a7C was designed with today’s generation of content creators in mind. It has a new magnesium alloy design for a more compact body.

The A7C measures 124.0mm x 71.1mm x 59.7mm and weighs 509g. It has a 24.2MP back-illuminated full-frame Exmor R CMOS sensor paired with a BIONZ X Image Processor and a standard ISO range of up to 51,200, and boasting 15 stops of dynamic range. It can shoot up to 10fps with autoexposure, and it’s capable of 4K/30fps or 1080p/120fps video, both at up to 100Mbps. The body has USB-C, Wi-Fi, and a vari-angle 3-inch 921,000-dot LCD. Complementing the portability of the a7C is its dust- and moisture-resistant design, so you can shoot outside without checking the forecast.
The A7C is priced at $1,799 body-only, and the kit can be had for $2,099.99. Both will ship in November.
