The 19mm rod clamp made by high rigidity aluminum alloy, CNC machined so it is extended durability, and tight. Lightweight and Easy to Use，can be mount on 19mm rod.
The GoPro monopod mount is screwed on 19mm rod clamp via their 1/4"-20 thread. It allows you to hold up your Gopro camera for 360° tilt adjustment, this setup is designed for handy and flexible GoPro shooting.
